Packing and Shopping Guide

Below you will find a few useful guidelines to ensure you get your goods when you want them.
Most of our products are delivered by courier and a signature will be required before your goods can be released to you. Please ensure that you, or someone you trust, is at the delivery address when your purchases arrive. DO NOT SIGN FOR TOILETS UNTIL YOU HAVE CHECKED THEY ARE NOT BROKEN as damaged goods cannot be replaced once they are signed for. Failed deliveries will incur additional charges - annoying, but true.
Delivery is usually within one week of ordering, as long as the goods are in stock. You will be contacted by a cheery member of Lee Sanitation staff to confirm your order and delivery details.
